Amberlee Ellett currently serves as the Special Education Director for Mountain Heights Academy and teaches Directed Studies and Theatre Arts. She has been teaching in special education and theatre for the past nine years in both traditional and online settings. She has a Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and works as a therapist as well; primarily treating children, young adults and working in drug and alcohol treatment. Amberlee believes that all students have the ability to be successful and demonstrate skill and content mastery and she has been working over the course of her career to develop ways for students to interactively engage through the use of technology.
