Tech-Rich Literacy Instruction
Using the background of Close Reading, iPads can make our lessons more engaging for students. In this class, you will experience how a tech-rich literacy lesson feels. We’ll also discuss ideas for apps and the functions they can serve in your lessons, and look at some technology infused lessons for science and social studies. For the lesson simulation, we'll use a program for writing on a PDF, voice to text, QR reader, applications accessible through an internet browser, and email.
